Was für fantastische Bilder! Mich erinnert die äußere Hülle der Goldwespen immer an Metallarbeiten. Diese schillernden Farben sind so schön und du hast sie ganz wunderbar eingefangen.
Your insect macros are amazing. One thing I especially like is that these are not super bright, shiny, and hard-looking. There is beautiful subtlety to the whole photo that makes me want to sit and study it.
Just a little while longer and it will disappear again, because the weather is going to send us nicer weather, so that we can start smiling again and warm up in the sunny weather in the coming weeks.

Es gibt ja einige Goldwespenarten, habe diese aber nicht näher bestimmt.
Mit blossem Auge nimmt man nur eine kleine dunkle “Fliege” wahr.

Thank you, this is a rather dark one.
The point is that you notice nothing special when seeing it with “blank” eyes.

It seems so, Marc.
I wasn’t unhappy with the weatther conditions.
I don’t like wind because that makes photographing insects a bit more difficult.

You can always adjust your camera settings to avoid those windy effects 😀
